Sheila joined Northwestern Mutual in December 2015. Sheila is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for the organization while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. As a Lead Program Manager, Sheila’s mission is to deliver exceptional projects by providing reliable estimates on project deliverables (KPIs), removing impediments, and escalating issues as needed. Sheila currently leads the African American Employee Resource Group at Northwestern Mutual.
Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, Sheila was Manager of Infrastructure and Design on the Data Warehouse team at AT&T for 17 Years.
Sheila holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University.
