Nicole Keaton Hart is recognized as a digital transformation strategist leveraging digital platforms to create new business capabilities, revenue streams, high touch customer experiences, and enable market growth for companies from FinTech startups to Fortune 500 organizations.

Nicole has a deep background in cyber security, enterprise strategy, large complex system development and disruptive technology integration. Nicole can see where technology risk can erode an organization’s ability meet business objectives. Nicole has held key prior C-level roles such as the former Chief Information Officer for Fulton County Government and Senior Vice President for SunTrust Bank.

Inspired by the intersectionality of passion and purpose, as Executive in Residence for Georgia State University, Nicole will launch the university’s Inaugural Women Lead in Technology Program Fall 2021. She recognizes, women, particularly women of color, are severely underrepresented in the technology field, despite evidence that diverse companies are more likely to be successful. Nicole is participating in this national movement by launching Georgia State University’s inaugural WomenLead in Technology program and helping to create a pipeline of diverse talent. Her strong mentoring and coaching to students across the university as WomenLead seeks to close the pervasive gender equity gap by empowering students to aspire to and achieve leadership roles in technology.

Nicole’s pursuit of strategic excellence and opportunity extends beyond working to close the gender equity gap through partnership with Georgia State University. After decades as an innovative change-maker, executive and board advisor, helping organizations from start-ups to Fortune 500s solve their most complex technology challenges, Nicole Keaton Hart joins Microsoft’s Atlanta Engineering Division, as a Principal Product Management Manager and Geo-Dispersed Development Center Lead.
