Why Tech Companies Should Support STEM Nonprofits to Improve Diversity & Inclusion of Black Males
I plan to discuss my story and how I got into tech/STEM and what I believe the community can do to better equip young black males to be competitive in the tech landscape. Detail how corporations can support entities outside of the school system to improve the percentage of black males in the workforce.
